Suryoday has implemented Atyati Ganaseva - a comprehensive, end-to-end mobility based business application platform.

Process and Audit Management

Suryoday has custom-developed and implemented MFTrack to track and monitor various pre-disbursal and post-disbursal processes.

• LMS - the Lead Management System tracks the progress of customer acquisition to loan disbursement, giving visibility into the sales pipeline, cash-flow requirements and monitoring sales-force productivity
• LUC - this module tracks the results of Loan Utilisation Checks that are carried out within three weeks of a loan disbursement.
• SCV - this module tracks the results of Surprise Center Visits that are carried out by Audit Officers, Branch Managers, Area Managers and District Managers

Videography – Suryoday has pioneered the capture of photographs of members during the loan disbursement process.

Roadmap

Towards A Paperless Office - Going Green

Suryoday's technology roadmap includes many pioneering initiatives like:

Mobile Devices – deployed at the field level, they will capture customer transactions in an offline mode and then sync with the central database when connectivity is available - helping reduce time-consuming paperwork and decentralize operations thereby increasing employee productivity. These devices will have an integrated fingerprint scanner to capture the customer’s biometrics not only for reasons of security and providing for future requirements but also to drive process efficiencies by using it as a fool-proof mechanism to record attendance at all meetings - instead of the time-consuming process of collecting physical signatures in a register/paper. They will also have an integrated printer to issue receipts for customer repayments - bringing in more transperancy and control to the process.

Branch Automation – this is intended to automate various branch processes and eliminate the need for paper/register based mode of recording information.
